1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the AayuBuddy platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service govern your use of the platform and constitute the entire agreement between you and AayuBuddy regarding your use of the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on AayuBuddy platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials in any way
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on AayuBuddy platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Doctor Registration & Verification

Doctors registering on our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate credentials: All qualifications (BAMS, MD, etc.) must be authentic and verifiable.
  • Maintain professional standards: Conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with patients.
  • Comply with regulations: Follow all applicable medical and Ayurveda practice regulations.
  • No fraudulent claims: Do not make unsubstantiated medical claims or guarantees.

4. Patient Responsibilities

Patients using our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate information: Share truthful health information during consultations.
  • Seek professional advice: Use consultations for informational purposes and seek professional medical advice for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Respect confidentiality: Do not share other users' personal information.

5. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans for doctors include:

Basic Plan

Free listing with limited visibility and appointment management features.

Premium Plan

Enhanced visibility, priority listing, analytics, and access to community features.

Payment is required to activate and maintain subscription plans. All payments are subject to our refund policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on AayuBuddy platform are provided on an "as is" basis. AayuBuddy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Medical consultations on this platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional medical advice.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall AayuBuddy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AayuBuddy platform, even if AayuBuddy or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
  • Obscene or abusive language or materials
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue in any communication channel
  • Spamming, phishing, or collecting personal information of others
  • Sharing false or misleading medical information
  • Attempting to access accounts without permission

9. Termination

AayuBuddy may terminate or suspend your account and right to use the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
